Product Information and Care

    • The product I want is sold out. When will you restock?
      • Tierra pieces are not mass produced. Each pair is carefully handcrafted by our local sapateros. In this regard, we only do limited stocks per design. Items will be restocked depending on the number of customers interested to restock the design.
    • How do I make sure I get the right size?
      • Please check out our size chart. Due to the unique shape of our shoes, you may need to size up based on your preferred design.
    • How can I prolong the life of my shoes?
      • Due to the rattan exterior of our slides and the abaca material used for our heels, make sure to store your shoes away from sharp objects to avoid snags. We recommended the use of a leather protector before wear. Please handle it with care and keep it inside the free canvas bag when not in use for a longer product life.

Shipping and Delivery

    • Do you have a physical store?
      • Kindly note that Tierra the Line has no physical store. We are based in Marikina City, Metro Manila. You may claim your package at our locations upon request. Just click on the pick-up option upon checkout. Details will be provided through email. Shipment of packages are accepted nationwide.
    • What are your payment options?
      • As of the moment, Tierra the Line accepts payment through Paypal or via manual payment through our accounts: BPI and GCASH.

For manual payments, kindly send a screenshot of your proof of payment to tierra.theline@gmail.com together with the order confirmation email. We will send a confirmation reply once we have received payment and prepare for delivery. Items will be reserved within 24 hours. Failure to submit payment will be considered canceled.

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?
    • Once the item has been shipped, we will send an email containing a link to track your order.

Here are the estimated times of arrival depending on your location:

  • Metro Manila – 3-5 working days
  • Luzon (All Provinces) – 5-7 working days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 7-10 working days

Tierra The Line will not be liable for any delays caused by the courier.

Returns and Exchanges

    • I got the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
      • We understand that selecting the perfect size can be confusing sometimes. We highly recommend you to measure your feet first and refer to our size chart before placing your order. Should you still wish to exchange your shoes, we allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order and only for the same style and color.

We double check your orders before shipping them out to ensure quality. With this, any pair with damages is not eligible for an exchange.

  • How do I request for an exchange?
    • Kindly send an email to tierratheline@gmail.com with the complete details of your request. Indicate the style and size, the reason for exchange, and photos of the item. Once approved, we will coordinate with you through email for the next steps. Shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.
  • Do you accept refunds?
    • We currently only offer exchanges for the same style and color within 7 days after receiving your shoes.
